What type of businesses use FoodRazor?

FoodRazor is designed for all F&B establishments — restaurants, cafes, hawker stores, bars, catering services, and bakeries. We help F&B establishments to streamline their backend operations, by optimising their invoice information and gain detailed insights to help manage their food spending better.

F&B establishments can create orders to their suppliers without the need to call, eliminate 100% of their invoice data entry, get an up to date food spending, and gain insights about their expenses on their smartphones, tablets & computers in half the time it takes now. We’ve taken out the hassle out of restaurants’ back-office management. All they have to do is take photos of invoices as they come in.

Do my suppliers need to come on board?

No. FoodRazor is designed with restaurant operators in mind, meaning you can start tracking your food spendings within one week of setup. We only need your latest 2-weeks worth of invoices, for our system to extract all the suppliers' information and generate a template on the platform. Within 3 to 5 days of setup, you can start tracking your cost. To onboard a new supplier after the initial settings, simply upload the invoice and our support team will add the items in for you!

Do I require any hardware installation?

No. FoodRazor is a web-based solution meaning it can be used on any device that can connect to the Internet – smartphone, tablet or computer. This means you can manage your ordering and track your food costs anywhere in the world!

Is it easy to setup FoodRazor?

Yes. FoodRazor can be set up and in use within one week. Simply pass us 2-weeks worth of invoices, and you’re ready to go. After your account is ready, our customer success team will go down to your outlet for a face to face training to get you up and running. On top of this, all the relevant people will have access to user guides providing step-by-step instructions on how to use the FoodRazor platform.

Is FoodRazor integrated with other solutions?

Yes. FoodRazor is currently integrated with Xero, Quickbooks, and MYOB Offline. It is also designed to provide daily reports in txt format that can be uploaded into different solutions for invoicing and reconciliation purposes.
